We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you want to return an item, please follow these procedures:

• We must receive email notification of a return within 30 days of your receipt of the product. If the item is eligible for a return, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA #). If an item is sent back without an RMA # printed on the front of the shipping box, the package is refused, even if an RMA # was granted. Be sure to write it clearly on the front.
  
  
• Not all items qualify for return, especially certain collectibles and seasonal items. Contact us for details before you purchase if you want to be sure your item is returnable
  
  
• The item must be sealed and in working order and salable condition to be eligible for a full refund (excluding the original cost of shipping). See below for terms on open items.
  
  
• The item must be in the same condition we shipped it to you. If there is damage (physical damage to the packaging or to the toy and/or mechanical damage to toy) that renders the item unsalable, the return is refused and you must pay the cost of return shipping to you. If you do not pay for shipping back within 14 days, the return becomes our property. If there is minor damage that does not render the item unsalable, a small restocking fee may be assessed.
  
  
• Open items may be returned for a 50% restocking fee within 5 day if they are fully functioning. An RMA must be issued (see the description of the RMA process, above). Certain items may not be returned open, please contact for details.
  
  
• Out of production items are not returnable.
  
  
• All items leave us in working order. If an item arrives broken, it is your responsibility to file an insurance claim (if you took shipping insurance) or to contact the manufacturer.
  
  
• You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation is highly recommended. Original shipping is not refunded.
  
  
• After contacting us and obtaining an RMA #, you must ship the package back to us within 3 days.
